Sarah is a Florida native, born and raised in Central Florida. She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Linguistics before serving in the US Navy as a Persian-Farsi Cryptologist. After her military service she moved to Jacksonville Florida where she attended UNF’s Accelerated BSN Program. She went on to attend Duke University’s esteemed MSN program and is a PNCB board certified nurse practitioner.  Sarah has been an APRN for 5 years, with 4 years of experience in both Hormone Replacement Therapy and GLP-1 Management.

 

Sarah is an avid triathlete in NE Florida and enjoys taking her kids with her on weekend morning runs. As a true Floridian, she loves being out in the sun so long as it includes lots of SPF and a wide brim hat. She has been a proud member of the St Johns community since 2021 and is excited to continue serving its members and their unique health and wellness needs.
